Your body needs water in order to perform its day-to-day functions. Every cell, tissue, and organs need water in order to operate properly. Water is the most essential and also helps in other important functions of your body like maintaining temperature, removing waste, improving mood and improving cognition.

Drinking more water allows you to flush out more toxins. You get rid of waste through sweat and urination which also reduces the risk of kidney stones and urinary tract infections. It’s not the water that is going to neutralise the toxins, but the kidneys and liver. The body relies on the liver to pick up toxins from the bloodstream and convert them into water-soluble substances that can be excreted through urine. In simple terms, drinking water will help you clear your system. 

Improves skin complexion

Drinking water is probably the best anti-ageing treatment available. Drinking water moisturises your skin, keeps it fresh, soft, glowing, and smooth. It may also get rid of your wrinkles. Regular drinking of water will help flush out toxins from the body and this, in turn, will give you healthy glowing skin.
