The Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation has announced that they will be running the Onam Special Bharat Darshan Train from Madurai. It’s a 12-day journey from 15 – 26 August, and the price has been fixed at 12, 000 per passenger.
The train sitting and also the hygiene will strictly follow the COVID-19 norms as stated by the government.
This special train will start from Madurai and cover Goa, Ahmedabad, Jaipur, Delhi, Agra, and Hyderabad. The passengers can visit the famous beaches in Goa, Basilica of Bom Jesus, Se Cathedral, Statue of Unity in Kevadia, Lotus Temple, Qutub Minar, Raj Ghat, Indira Gandhi Memorial, Teen Murti Bhavan, India Gate, Taj Mahal, Agra Fort, in Delhi regions and also Charminar, Golkonda Fort, NTR Garden, Lumbini Park, and Ramoji Film City in Hyderabad.
While the journey is happening the visits to all the tourist spots are in accordance with the COIVD-19 rules and guidelines issued by the respective state governments.
